Unfortunately no. Everywhere I have gone before seems to have supplies dried up  :(

Ah, that's a drag. I'll have to do some research before embarking on that one in that case.

This project also works really well with the MN3004 BBD. Clock needs to be adjusted and the clock cap needs to be upped to 27-30pf to get the frequencies correct. 20-800kHz clock range, 40 to 1! You can go down to 17kHz for a slightly wider sweep but watch for noise on the low end of the sweep.
Oh yeah, the MN3004 is 14 pin and MN3007 is 8 pin, just chop the extra legs off the MN3004...
