Btw,  the pink bags are not the same as the silver ones. I'd use the silver ones for ICs. The pink ones still let ESD thru the bag, the coating just helps prevent static buildup on the outside.

I'm curious how the pink foam a lot of ICs come shipped on hold up with this. I've had some stuff sent directly from ST that uses black foam as well. I kind of like the foam over the tubes and/or bags organizationally, but I have no clue to their ESD protection capabilities.

Right. So the foam (the right foam anyway) is dissipative, but not protective. Good to know :) thanks for the link.

I organize in a not organized fashion. I sit stuff down then I can't find it. It's great fun, but it gets the job done.
