eBay is where I've found it.  Had to search for Ribbon Cable though to get any results.

I also got that ribbon cable in a part lot (I buy alot of part lots).

As we are speaking, i'm having 50meters of 6braid 22awg pre-tinned ribbon coming in.

I'm soon opening a little DIY store with those kind of supply in it, i will make a post here for the launch of that little store, alot of cool stuff will be in there
