Requests / Mad Professor Snow White Auto Wah
June 13, 2010, 01:32:43 PM
Any interest in this pedal from any other people? Sounded like one of the best auto wahs i've heard. I  remember this being looked into at FSB and think they got a clone working.

Tech Help - Projects Page / Soldering Iron Temp
June 04, 2010, 12:32:10 PM
What temp do most of you have your irons set to? I know this has a lot to do with what solder you use as well but what are some guidelines? I don't want to fry any of my expensive mojo components. ;)

Funny you mention the ink thing. I was going to have some stamps made and try that. do you then use a clear coat?

I went with a 125B knowing i would probably screw something up and need the extra room ::)

The Sprague Atoms I got are just a smidge too big to fit flush to the board. That's what I get for not measuring I guess. :P

After a few builds I'm struggling to see the advantages of pre-bonded wire anymore. What do you all prefer?

Nice clean, tight build.

Requests / Re: Red Ross Flanger?
May 20, 2010, 12:44:26 PM
With stuff like the BYOC Flanger already out there (which is really nice), the only thing I can think of that would be cool is something like the TZF Paradox that Foxrox used to make. There aren't any 'thru-zero' flangers out there anymore.

I vote for the DAM Sonic Titan. It's an interesting box considering it's a 'power amp distortion' pedal. It's not your usual fuzz or feedback clipper.
