No links, but I've been listening to the new Mountain Goats album all evening. It's even better than I'd hoped it would be (and they're already one of my favorite bands). Shortlisted for my top five records of 2015, easily.

New Nightwish (Endless Forms Most Beautiful), which I'm liking a lot.

Floor Jansen has energised this band since her arrival. This was not long after her filling in for, and eventually replacing Annette. She is the normally the singer in Re-Vamp (quite a bit more metal than Nightwish), formerly After Forever. Distinct lack of windmilling during this track She is awesome. Damn impressive when she opens the taps.

She is quite lovely. VERY tall, easily about 6'2". Seen her live with ReVamp (& Nightwish). Seems really down to earth and was hanging out at the t-shirt stand after their set meeting fans.
