Nonagon Infinity, Murder of the Universe, Polygondwanaland, Infest the Rats' Nest, and (the soundtrack of) Chunky Shrapnel - King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard.

Skip Tracing, Timeline - Mild High Club.

Sketches of Brunswick East - King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard + Mild High Club.

Perform the Most Curious Water Activities - Post Animal.

Congratulations, Little Dark Age - MGMT.

Man It Feels Like Space Again, The Weather - Pond.

High Visceral Pt.1, High Visceral Pt.2, And Now For The Whatchamacallit - Psychedelic Porn Crumpets.

The Dark Side Of The Moon, Meddle, Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd.

Anyway, these are just a few of the albums I'm listening to on repeat at the moment. I know that my overall taste in music is quite limited, it's just that, no matter how hard I try, I seemingly cannot broaden the range of genres I listen to. Oh well, I guess I'll just be a habitual Neo-Psychedelia listener for the time being.

Cheers,
Joshua.

I'm hoping these will last me at least 5-6 years...probably longer if I take good care of them.
The Weller soldering iron I was using before I (recently) got my Hakko FX-888D was over 20 years old with regular use from my Dad (when he was still an electronics engineer)
You can easily do SMD on the Hakko FX-888D but could never do it on the Weller

Welcome to the forum,
If you want to give DIY guitar pedals a go I would recommend one of Madbean's fuzz projects to start with.
Have fun!

I once went to a music shop and one of the staff there was using some alligator with a standard tip/sleeve guitar cable to find out what combinations worked to switch reverb on/off and to switch between the channels on an old fender amp I'm pretty sure it was. So if the combination is tip and sleeve momenterley to switch between reverb and non-reverb then you go and get a spst momentary switch to turn reverb on/off.
Hope this helps

Hi all,
Just a thought ...
Could madbeanpedals make tiny smd pedals to fit inside the 1590LB enclosures available from places such as:

You need a taptation.  You can get the ICs at diystompboxes.  I also believe jmkpcbs has some great boards for the taptation with will work with the zero point and the ICs
Thanks for the help.

September 04, 2014, 06:17:36 PM
Hi All,
Currently I am building a Zero Point Micro II and I am thinking about adding tap tempo to it.
Does anyone know how I can easily add tap tempo to this project.
Cheers
