Is c36 the power cap? I would be interest in seeing the other side of the board if you build another.

Yep, C36 is the 100uF power cap.  There is an identical one on the backside as well.  Next time, I am going to seriously think about using a 1210 non-polarized there.  Much lower profile, but it is about 2$ a cap, so I wouldn't want to use too many of those.

I do plan on populating another.  I'll snap pics of the backside when I do.

That is the shit right there.

I think the 1590 fad can now end; this is as good as it gets IMO.

No, I won't let that happen.

$150 to the first person to get me a full pedal board in a mini-pedal.

How do I start a contest?

My requirements for a pedal board are, in order first to last:
Distortion
Flange/Phaser/Chorus (any one of the three)
Reverb/delay (either one)
Compressor
Must be able to use all the effects at once or one at a time.
Must be bass friendly.
Must fit in a 1590A or 1090NS.

Everything else is builders choice.

Srsly.

Well, I could get you the choice of effect, but not all at once, and not for just $150...

I don't even know of a verb that will fit in a 1590a, is there one out there?  outside that I have a 1590a for each bullet on the list.. but not in a single 1590a

That is a crazy sexy build, and the micro-soldering is just blowing my mind.

I have been meaning to double check the brick size for that very thing, but haven't really been in any particular hurry because there are some really cool verb boards out there (albeit full sized).

Consider it checked.  The new small brick will fit.  I'm wondering if a mini rub a dub reverb might fit in there,  it has a small number of components... The layout would need components stacked under the brick or under the pots to make it work though.  SMT would work.

I just want to see a tiny pedal board with tiny pedals. That'd just be awesome.
Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

I've been working on one for a while now.  I've got enough 1590A builds done, so I need to get around to finishing the board.

I've found the problem with the existing solutions from companies like Pedaltrain, is that the depth is really still designed for larger pedals, so I am going to do one from scratch.
